I know a young man, in his early 20’s. He can’t find any shoes to fit him. He wears a size 24 wide. I have tried everywhere to locate some shoes. He has to have hightops because of turning his ankles and bloodclots in his legs. Can you help? The largest he can find is a size 20. He cuts the toes out of them and puts cardboard and tape around the ends to make them longer. The only 24 wide I can find is a dress shoe. He needs support around his ankles. K
