Title Tags Missing

Here’s an interesting development: For some reason my browser is no longer displaying title tags for anchors! I have no idea how this happened. Has anyone else noticed this? Title tags for hrefs do not appear regardless of the site I am viewing. This is very strange.

Excellent Error Message

Jason received this error message from one of the NT Servers at work: While validating that COM3 was really a serial port, the contents of the divisor latch register was identical to the interrupt enable and the receive registers. The device is assumed not to be a serial port and will be deleted.
