Los Angeles Apartment for Rent

March 28th, 2006 @ 6:40 pm PST

I‘m moving! My old place was great, though. If anyone is interested in moving to Westwood, I can’t say enough good things about my old apartment. My landlord was super nice.

As a bonus: John Lithgow lives next door!

It’s listed on Westside Rentals; or let me know if you want to see photos.

– 1 BR / 1 bath
– big living room
– W/D on property (in the back, $1/load)
– Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub; all new bathroom
– 5 minutes to central Westwood (UCLA, theaters)
– tons of street parking
– gas stove
– fireplace
– hardwood floors
– lots of windows
– electric was running me about $60/mo (though I had a bunch of computers running all day and night)
– gas was about $15/mo ($25/mo in the winter)
– I am about 90% sure that I’m going to leave behind a slick freezer-on-the-bottom, 1yr-old fridge, too.

$1850/mo – Cynthia Satterfield; 310-472-5396

The place is nice, and a particular wall-mounted amenity would be an awesome bonus. 😉

you have a nice place and it’s also good situated as i so on the map. i know you think there’s plenty of your blog readers and maybe you are right, but you could get person to rent your apartment more quickly if you register to some apartment finder online such as los angeles apartments for rent. i found my apartment this way and t took two weeks (plus three weeks when i was looking for apartments by my self), but they do work backwards, you register your appartment and they find you a roommate of whatever you need there. you can try this but i guess you will find someone to rent your place soon, as log as you have such a great apartment. a bit jealous for ya for a John Lithgow:) tc, Christine
