The ESPN Florida/Vanderbilt preview is good, but it doesn’t mention that Florida QB Jesse Palmer sprained both ankles in last week’s win over Georgia. That means Rex Grossman will get the start. Grossman was benched last week after throwing three interceptions in the first half, but Spurrier was forced to put him back in the game when Palmer was injured. Spurrier said that true freshman Brock Berlin is practicing well and should be ready to play if he’s needed.
