  2. I saw a lot of this when working at Verizon. Basicly a department of Indian developers were told that if they did not meet a timeline (which was disgustingly unrealistic), that their H1-B’s would be revoked. They worked 24-7. If they needed your help on something, they called you at home at whatever hour. I’ve also heard stories of consulting firms bringing over foreign work, charge their clients $75/hour and pay the worker $12/hour. The whole thing really makes me sick
