  1. But I do *really* like Tropicalia by Beck. Great song. Groovy. Guys got some trippy lines.

  2. I saw a lot of this when working at Verizon. Basicly a department of Indian developers were told that if they did not meet a timeline (which was disgustingly unrealistic), that their H1-B’s would be revoked. They worked 24-7. If they needed your help on something, they called you at home at whatever hour. I’ve also heard stories of consulting firms bringing over foreign work, charge their clients $75/hour and pay the worker $12/hour. The whole thing really makes me sick

What Is This?

davidgagne.net is the personal weblog of me, David Vincent Gagne. I've been publishing here since 1999, which makes this one of the oldest continuously-updated websites on the Internet.

A few years ago I was trying to determine what cocktails I could make with the alcohol I had at home. I searched the App Store but couldn't find an app that would let me do that, so I built one.
