Statitudes: Rams-Pats stage Super rematchAnyone predicting a Rams’ rout of the Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVI might want to take a quick history lesson first, starting with Week 10 of this season.
On Nov. 18 in Foxboro, Mass., the Pats led the Rams 10-7 in the second quarter and had a 1st-and-goal before Antowain Smith fumbled away the football. The Rams would hang on for a 24-17 victory, hardly the type of blowout many experts are predicting for this Sunday.

  1. Dude, they got nailed on the turf as well

  2. Dude, that was in November in Massachusetts. It’s freakin’ cold then, and the stadium definitely wasn’t covered. I’d like to believe it, but I hate to think of what those Rams receivers will do on turf.
