You didn’t think I’d manage it again, did you? Joke’s on you, my friend. I, in fact, did take almost another full minute off my five-mile time last night. If you’re scoring at home, that also means that I ran twenty miles in seven days. Now I just need to do some P90X workouts on my non-running days and I might actually start to feel super awesome again. Last night I ran five miles in 44 minutes, 14 seconds, which I thought was surprising.
