Best Wishes to Your Black Lung

April 12th, 2013 @ 8:07 am PDT

Nike Fuel BandI’m trying every day to simply (!) meet my Nike Fuel Points goal. I can’t stand looking at my Fuel Band late at night and seeing I still need to exercise a bit to hit 4,000 points. So I’ve been making a serious effort to knock out as many points as I can as early in the day as possible. A ten mile run before eight AM will do that nicely. I hit over 4,300 points before breakfast and was able to relax for the rest of the day.

I just finished a 10.0 mi run with a pace of 9'23"/mi with Nike+ Running. http://t.co/vSwGBnjZDr #nikeplus

I switched from QuickBooks to FreshBooks in 2015 and am so glad I did. Everything about their billing system is easier.
